The 30-60-90 Plan for a New HR Hire (That Isn't Generic)

A good 30-60-90 plan for HR is specific to your systems, not a generic template pulled off the internet.
Day one should name the actual HRIS, the actual approval chain, the actual person to ask when something breaks.
By day 30, the plan should have them running one real process end to end, not shadowing, actually owning something small.
By day 90, they should be improving something, not still learning where things are.
If the plan would read the same at a different company, it's not really a plan.
It's a placeholder.
